Incuspaze Leases 60,000 Sq Ft of Premium Office Space in Jaipur to Meet Rising Corporate Demand

Flexible workspace provider Incuspaze has leased 60,000 square feet of Grade A office space in Jaipur, marking a significant step in its expansion strategy. This move reflects the growing demand for managed office infrastructure in emerging business hubs and highlights Jaipur’s increasing appeal to enterprise clients.

The newly leased space will be developed into a fully managed, custom-built workspace designed to serve the specific needs of large corporates and mid-sized businesses. The Jaipur facility adds to Incuspaze’s expanding footprint across India, where it currently operates in 18 cities with a portfolio exceeding 3 million square feet.

This development is part of a larger push by Incuspaze to add 1.5 million square feet of office space by the end of the year. The company plans to scale its overall portfolio to 7 million square feet by 2026. Other recent leases include 350,000 square feet in Gurugram’s Udyog Vihar, 150,000 square feet in Pune, and 325,000 square feet in Bengaluru’s QUBE Software Park.

According to company officials, occupancy across Incuspaze’s existing locations is nearing 95 percent, with the majority of clients being enterprise customers. The company is responding to a rising trend of businesses seeking flexible, fully serviced office solutions rather than committing to long-term conventional leases.

The Jaipur lease aligns with Incuspaze’s recent launch of “FlexLeaze,” a new offering tailored for enterprises. FlexLeaze provides turnkey solutions combining fit-out services, office customization, and operational support, positioning Incuspaze as a one-stop provider for corporate workspace needs.

With corporate India increasingly shifting toward agile office formats, cities like Jaipur are becoming focal points for flexible space expansion. Incuspaze’s latest move is expected to further accelerate the adoption of managed offices in Tier 2 cities and support the evolving needs of India’s dynamic business ecosystem.
