Brigade Group to Launch Two Residential Projects in Hyderabad, Targets ₹970 Crore Revenue

Brigade Group has signed joint development agreements for two premium residential projects in Hyderabad’s Moti Nagar locality. The projects, named Brigade Citadel 2 and Citadel 3, are expected to generate combined revenue of over ₹970 crore.

The developments will span more than 1 million square feet and include a total of 405 luxury units. Designed as low-rise, community-centric enclaves, the projects will offer 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments catering to mid-to-upper income homebuyers in one of the city’s prime residential areas.

Brigade Group stated that these projects build on the success of its earlier development, Brigade Citadel, which saw strong demand in the same neighborhood. According to the company, the new projects are aimed at offering premium homes with contemporary architecture, ample green spaces, and a range of modern amenities.
