Bitcoin Hyper Presale Surpasses $5.5 Million Amid Rising Crypto Market Momentum

Bitcoin Hyper, a new Layer-2 blockchain project leveraging Bitcoin’s security model, has raised over $5.5 million in its ongoing presale, according to the project’s official website. The fundraising milestone reflects rising investor interest in blockchain innovations amid a broader crypto market recovery and renewed focus on Layer-2 scalability solutions.

The project aims to address long-standing issues of speed and scalability in the Bitcoin network by incorporating Solana’s Virtual Machine (SVM) architecture. This hybrid model is designed to support fast, low-cost transactions, decentralized applications (dApps), and cross-chain compatibility while maintaining Bitcoin’s security fundamentals.

Bitcoin Hyper has already launched its developer test network (devnet), which allows for smart contract deployment using Solana’s Command Line Interface (CLI), portfolio tracking, and transaction management via a web console. The project’s official documentation notes that initial performance tests in the internal alpha stage have shown stable processing and low latency.

The presale’s success comes at a time of cautious optimism in the crypto sector. Bitcoin (BTC) has remained above the $60,000 mark through much of July 2025, supported by steady institutional interest and improved regulatory clarity. While there is no official legislation titled the “GENIUS Act” currently passed in the U.S., recent regulatory discussions around digital asset classification and ETF approvals have been seen as positive signals for industry stability.

Analysts note that projects like Bitcoin Hyper are gaining traction as investors look for blockchain solutions that combine proven security frameworks with high throughput. By mirroring Solana’s performance capabilities within a Bitcoin-based infrastructure, Bitcoin Hyper aims to serve markets such as decentralized finance (DeFi), meme tokens, and digital commerce.

The project recently announced via its website that its DEX (decentralized exchange) infrastructure will support sub-second token swaps and minimal gas fees upon full launch. If adoption meets expectations, Bitcoin Hyper could compete in the growing market for Bitcoin-native Layer-2 solutions.

Meanwhile, broader concerns over stablecoin dominance and geopolitical influence remain in focus globally. Industry experts continue to emphasize the importance of regional blockchain innovation to preserve financial sovereignty and reduce reliance on dominant U.S. platforms.

With major blockchain assets like Solana (SOL) and Bitcoin showing sustained market strength, Bitcoin Hyper’s dual-chain approach is drawing attention as one of the more ambitious crypto launches of 2025.
