Bitget, a global cryptocurrency exchange and Web3 technology company, has partnered with prominent Indian Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Pushpendra Singh to strengthen blockchain and artificial intelligence (AI) collaboration across Southeast Asia. The initiative was marked by a major summit held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, aimed at expanding awareness, investment, and development in the region’s rapidly evolving tech ecosystem.

Organized in partnership with the Consortium of Indian Industries in Malaysia (CIIM), the Blockchain and AI Summit brought together innovators, investors, and entrepreneurs from South Asia, the Middle East, China, Singapore, and beyond. The event showed Malaysia’s growing position as a strategic regional hub for Web3 and decentralized technologies. It featured panel discussions, keynote addresses, and interactive sessions designed to foster responsible adoption of blockchain and AI.

Bitget’s South Asia Head, Jyotsna Hirdyani, emphasized the importance of the collaboration, stating, “Having a prominent Indian KOL like Pushpendra lead this summit highlights how decentralized innovation transcends borders. Bitget remains committed to empowering the growth of blockchain wherever it takes root.” Pushpendra Singh echoed these sentiments, noting Malaysia’s dual appeal as a tourism destination and emerging tech center. “This summit was more than just an event; it was a statement of unity and progress. We’re proud to play a role in shaping the next chapter of innovation,” Singh said.

Founded in 2018, Bitget has grown into one of the world’s leading cryptocurrency platforms, with over 120 million users across more than 150 countries. The exchange is known for its copy trading features and diverse crypto services. Its affiliate product Bitget Wallet, formerly BitKeep, serves as a non-custodial wallet supporting over 130 blockchains and providing access to thousands of decentralized applications (DApps).

The company has invested in global education and adoption initiatives, partnering with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) to provide blockchain education to over one million individuals by 2027. Additionally, Bitget has formed strategic partnerships with major sporting entities, including LALIGA and MotoGP™, to increase cryptocurrency awareness through mainstream platforms.
