Brigade Enterprises Launches Brigade Cherry Blossom Project in East Bengaluru

Bengaluru-based real estate developer Brigade Enterprises has launched a new premium plotted development project named Brigade Cherry Blossom in Malur, East Bengaluru. The project, which spans 20 acres and 11 guntas, offers significant revenue potential estimated at over ₹225 crore.

According to a regulatory filing, Brigade Cherry Blossom features a saleable area of approximately 4.51 lakh square feet and includes a total of 338 residential plots. These plots come in two standard dimensions, 30×40 feet and 30×50 feet, catering to homebuyers and investors looking for customisable residential space in a developing corridor.
